Blood Vessel

Blood Vessel 3D model

Description

Highly Detailed 3D scene of Red Blood Cells flowing inside a Blood Vessel.

Created in Maya 2012 and rendered with V-Ray.

This scene is a highly detailed setup of red blood cells flowing inside a blood vessel. The walls of the blood vessel form a closed loop in which the blood cells travel through. An emitter at the beginning of the loop releases particles that flow along the curve of the vessel wall, which have been instanced with the blood cell polygonal geometry. The speed and amount of blood cells can be modified by adjusting the particle lifespan and rate attributes.

The blood cells, camera and two lights flow along this 720 frame/30 second path. Once the camera and blood cells complete the loop they seamlessly repeat. Additional animated or stationary cameras and lights can be added anywhere inside the blood vessel walls.

POLYGON COUNT:

For your convenience two scene files are included: -BloodVesselCACHED features particles that have been cached to complete only one loop. -BloodVesselUNCACHED features particles that will continue to emit for any desired amount of time.

These images have been rendered directly from the scene file, no post work is needed.

This scene contains two lights that are animated along the camera path. Any additional lights and cameras can easily be added.

Close attention to detail makes this scene ideal for use in medical animations, broadcast, print work, advertising, design visualization, personal projects, etc.
