Historical description of the coin:

This is a Spanish 50 Pesetas coin from 1975.The coin has two sides shown in the image:On the obverse (left side): There is the Spanish coat of arms featuring a crown at the top, a shield with various elements representing different regions of Spain, and 50 and PTAS (abbreviation for Pesetas) inscribed on either side.On the reverse (right side): There is a profile portrait of a man facing left. The inscription reads JUAN CARLOS I REY DE ESPAÑA which indicates this is King Juan Carlos I of Spain. The date 1975 is visible at the bottom.This coin is historically significant as it was minted in 1975, the year when Juan Carlos I became King of Spain following the death of Francisco Franco, marking Spain's transition to a constitutional monarchy after decades of dictatorship.
