Summer and winter versions are switched by texture in diff+snow map.
The snow was made using a mix texture (the falloff snow_mix map is also saved in the .max files for manual adjustment)
Non-overlaping UVW, hi-quality 4k textures: diffuse, normal bump, displacement, snowmask, ambient occlusion (no AO map used)
Pivot in zero coordinates. Dimensions 550x504x248cm. Displacement height 3cm.
The model can be used in game engines.
