The sphinxes are in Crystal Palace Park and were based on the red granite Great Sphinx of Tanis, held in the Musée du Louvre in Paris. As part of the 2016 restoration they were repainted in terracotta red, as they had been until the end of the 19th century
To ensure colour accuracy the Raw Photography was profiled with X-Rite ColorChecker and a unique profile created for sRGB Colour Gamut in Lightroom.
Lods have been cleaned up to remove floating polygons and close holes (where possible)
Note there are 2 diffuse maps with this package.
The first diffuse map texture is the original photography with the lighting baked in and profiled to sRGB so is considered the 'ground truth'. The second map is called diffuse_3 and are delit for re-lighting so you have both options available to you!
