The quality of the item is way lower than what's shown in the presentation images. In my opinion, it's unfair to show images that look perfect and then provide a 3D file with such a bad quality. I understand it's my fault not understanding clearly what kind of model I was purchasing, but I'd advise to also show a screenshot of the real 3D model and not only its renderings.
