Fallen beech tree (Fagus sylvatica). We found this dead tree in a very humid forest plot in a beautiful forest in the Spanish Pyrenees. It was very interesting because of the exposed roots system that indicates that the tree fell of while still alive, probably by a landslide.
Several hoof fungus can be appreciated as well as a full coverage of musk along the dead tree.
This model was created using photogrammetry techniques. In order to acquire the pictures, we use a handheld DSLR Canon Camera.
The model comes in OBJ (113mb) and GLTF (133mb). Please visit our profile if your interested in other tree models from the same forest.
