This model is a low-poly and opens with no older version of 3ds Max 2013 and can be opened in any compatible packages.
There are also files: FBX, OBJ, and a textures folder. There is a possibility to use TurboSmooth or can be used Subdivision Surface.
Palm trees and flower pots are separate objects.
Models is UV mapped and textured.
Size of textures 4096x4096px.
All textures are in JPG format. Render do with Corona Render 5.
This model can be used for interior and exterior visualization.
