To create a cartoon stroke in 3D Max (render V-ray) used - V-ray Toon. In Blender (render EEVEE) used - Freestyle.

Model HAVE NO textures (just colors) and HAVE NO Unwraping. One model have N-gons, but it's all right (flat surface, sub-d no needed).
