If you buy this model, be prepared to figure out all the textures if you don't have Max. The materials are poorly labeled and I am still trying to figure out what goes to what. Materials are a combination of PSD, Targa and Jpg. They are labeled like 01, g38 and some Asian font. For how ever good the creator of this file is they are equally as bad at file organization. Most things download will have the materials listed as Diffuse, AO, Normal, bump, Sec and so on, no such luck here. I only hope the creator revisits this model and does a better job naming the materials and a uniform file format. This one is all over the place.

Yep, I got a bunch of trees from them and while everything is technically there its a cluttered mess without labeling so I've just not touched them since I bought. Eventually i'll sit down and work it out but thatll be a substantial undertaking so be warned if you lack the time or capacity to do such. Or if we're lucky futures updated could address this
