This Tree is good for level design and 3D-Renders or city/urban/landscape/parks/foliage game environments; eg. Architectural Visualization or Film Animation. It is also easy to use. You can also easily adjust the materials and shaders. The textures where made by me and in Blender, all modifiers are applied!
