EVERYPlant Weeping Willow 1 --15 Models-- 3D model

Description

Name: Weeping Willow

Scientific: Salix babylonica

This Variation: 1 of 4. This is a High Poly model. A Low Poly version is also available.

Notes: A medium- to large-sized deciduous tree. It grows rapidly, but has a short lifespan, between 40 and 75 years. The leaves turn a gold-yellow in autumn. The flowers are arranged in catkins produced early in the spring; it is dioecious, with the male and female catkins on separate trees. The species is native to dry areas of northern China, but cultivated for millennia elsewhere in Asia, being traded along the Silk Road to southwest Asia and Europe. It is grown the world over as a popular ornamental.

Included in this Package: 15 models in total

  1. Standard -- 305,038 polygons, 425,537 vertices -- 16.95m tall. Green, fully mature and in good health. Useable in most scenes.
  2. Early Spring -- 245,572 polygons, 324,727 vertices -- 16.8m tall. Seasonal, immature leaves have just begun to grow.
  3. Autumn -- 304,011 polygons, 420,373 vertices -- 16.94m tall. Leaves have changed colour and some fallen.
  4. Winter -- 250,316 polygons, 330,584 vertices -- 16.7m tall. Barren branches.
  5. Thriving -- 321,132 polygons, 449,729 vertices -- 16.97m tall. Peak health.
  6. Unhealthy -- 220,071 polygons, 303,237 vertices -- 16.83m tall. Relatively poor state with foliage missing or diseased.
  7. Dying -- 124,934 polygons, 166,402 vertices -- 16.84m tall. Just hanging onto life and showing only unhealthy and diseased foliage.
  8. Dead -- 63,738 polygons, 79,425 vertices -- 16.84m tall. Showing only bare and broken branches and dead foliage.
  9. Uprooted -- 98,910 polygons, 122,014 vertices -- 7.24m tall. Dead plant fallen onto its side.
  10. Ancient -- 429,604 polygons, 577,799 vertices -- 20.92m tall. Very old plant, larger and considerably gnarled.
  11. Young -- 190,212 polygons, 272,795 vertices -- 12.65m tall. Smaller plant, some half way through its maturing cycle.
  12. Immature -- 9,306 polygons, 12,597 vertices -- 4.93m tall. Very small and young plant.
  13. Sapling -- 1,530 polygons, 2,337 vertices -- 1.18m tall. Recently sprouted, may not have any leaves.
  14. Lower Poly -- 91,159 polygons, 145,541 vertices -- 16.95m tall. Fewer polys to save system resources. For mid or distant renders. Standard model included, remainder models upon request (no charge).
  15. Higher Poly -- 697,144 polygons, 912,503 vertices -- 16.95m tall. More polys for greater detail. For close-up renders. Standard model included, remainder models upon request (no charge).

Re-meshing and any reasonable modification available upon request. No charge to existing customers of the product.

The textures included are mainly 4k (4096x4096); additional texture sizes of medium 2k, small 1k, and tiny <1k textures can also be downloaded. Separated alpha maps can be download as well.
