Notes: This plant is an early form of cycad which appeared at the beginning of the Permian period (298.9 million years ago) and lasted all the way through the dinosaur period, going extinct towards the end of the Cretaceous period (66 million years). This means the species survived multiple extinction events. It had many similarities with modern cycads, differing mainly on a microscopic biological level.

6. Uprooted -- 7,644 polygons, 9,735 vertices -- 60.4cm tall. Dead plant fallen onto its side.
7. Ancient -- 10,481 polygons, 17,873 vertices -- 3.57m tall. Very old plant, larger and considerably gnarled.
8. Young -- 8,718 polygons, 14,779 vertices -- 2.03m tall. Smaller plant, some half way through its maturing cycle.
9. Immature -- 3,911 polygons, 6,723 vertices -- 1.26m tall. Very small and young plant.
10. Seedling -- 2,400 polygons, 4,209 vertices -- 86.21cm tall. Very young plant just forming its first true leaves.
11. Lower Poly -- 7,932 polygons, 14,418 vertices -- 3.33m tall. Fewer polys to save system resources. For mid or distant renders. Standard model included, remainder models upon request (no charge).
