Notes: This plant is an early form of cycad which appeared at the beginning of the Permian period (298.9 million years ago) and lasted all the way through the dinosaur period, going extinct towards the end of the Cretaceous period (66 million years). This means the species survived multiple extinction events. It had many similarities with modern cycads, differing mainly on a microscopic biological level.

6. Uprooted -- 9,947 polygons, 12,779 vertices -- 1.48m tall. Dead plant fallen onto its side.
7. Ancient -- 10,815 polygons, 18,989 vertices -- 3.01m tall. Very old plant, larger and considerably gnarled.
8. Young -- 9,446 polygons, 16,635 vertices -- 1.69m tall. Smaller plant, some half way through its maturing cycle.
9. Immature -- 4,404 polygons, 8,386 vertices -- 1.17m tall. Very small and young plant.
10. Seedling -- 2,455 polygons, 4,485 vertices -- 73.94cm tall. Very young plant just forming its first true leaves.
11. Lower Poly -- 7,876 polygons, 15,046 vertices -- 2.81m tall. Fewer polys to save system resources. For mid or distant renders. Standard model included, remainder models upon request (no charge).
