The lesser moor grass 'Heidebraut' belongs to the sweet grass family, originally comes from Europe and is a year-round decorative element in the home garden. Its tightly upright and slightly overhanging habit is characterized by narrow, elongated, pointed and light green foliage, which simply put reminiscent of typical grasses. The moor grass 'Heidebraut', when it has finally reached its full size, looks like a self-contained clump of grass. The graceful panicles of flowers appear from August to October, rising about 70 cm above the ground. The fronds of Molinia caerulea 'Heidebraut' can also be used as decoration for bouquets or dried bouquets.
