Plumeria Obtusa: Singapore Graveyard FlowerAlso called a Pagoda tree or White Frangipani, Plumeria Obtusa is a species of flowering tree native to the West Indies, Guatemala, and Florida, but is cultivated worldwide for the scent of its fragrant flowers. Its a relatively small tree, growing up to heights of 15 ft. In Cambodia the flowers are used to make necklaces and in offerings to the deities, and a decoction of the bark is given in varying doses as a purgative or remedy against oedama.
