You can get fbx from this pack. There is source files in fbx format included for every model. Also if you want you ca simply install free unreal engine, open pack and builk export models to fbx format. It takes few min.

Ok, so i originally left a negative review, but the seller did eventually offer to convert the files. If you're not using Unreal you need to buy their OTHER set. 4 stars would have been 5 if the seller had offered the solution in the first place instead of forcing me to write a negative review in the first place.
