Besides what someone already mentioned ("textures are named horribly and so are the materials and the objects themselves") the model is terrible if you are trying to use in C4D. Tried to get in touch with the owner many days ago, but it seems they are not very interested in solving anything. Don't recommend :)

Models are nice and everything, but the textures are named horribly and so are the materials and the objects themselves, which makes digging through the file and fixing and assigning the textures a nightmare.
