We do not sell st files for Unity. Unity can load data with less than 50,000 tris, so it may be possible to use it for trees with few leaves. Try using fbx.

OK, if I import an fbx model into Unity, I think I'll have to re-texture the model. Does this package include image files with just the texture data in addition to the 3D model?

Yes, all textures are in "texture.zip".
