Description
Name: Utah Juniper LowPoly
Scientific: Juniperus osteosperma
This Variation: 4 of 4. This is a Low Poly model. A High Poly version is also available.
Notes: A shrub or small tree native to the southwestern United States where it grows at moderate altitudes of 1,300–2,600m, on dry soils, often together with Single-Leaf Pinyon Pine (Pinus monophylla). Native Americans used the bark for a variety of purposes, including beds, and ate the cones both fresh and in cakes. The gum was also make into a protective covering over wounds. Additionally, a tea made from the leaves was given to women to calm their contractions after giving birth. The plant is aromatic and parts of it can be used in a variety of applications.
Included in this Package: 16 models in total
-
Standard -- 18,544 polygons, 25,431 vertices -- 8.03m tall. Green, fully mature and in good health. Useable in most scenes.
-
Thriving -- 19,489 polygons, 26,865 vertices -- 8.03m tall. Peak health.
-
Unhealthy -- 13,208 polygons, 17,617 vertices -- 8.03m tall. Relatively poor state with foliage missing or diseased.
-
Dying -- 8,861 polygons, 11,209 vertices -- 8.01m tall. Just hanging onto life and showing only unhealthy and diseased foliage.
-
Dead -- 6,845 polygons, 7,804 vertices -- 7.6m tall. Showing only bare and broken branches and dead foliage.
-
Stump -- 3,525 polygons, 3,991 vertices -- 4.6m tall. A dead plant with its trunk broken and missing.
-
Uprooted -- 10,140 polygons, 14,180 vertices -- 4.02m tall. Dead plant fallen onto its side.
-
Ancient -- 25,291 polygons, 32,714 vertices -- 10.07m tall. Very old plant, larger and considerably gnarled.
-
Young -- 11,620 polygons, 16,750 vertices -- 5.76m tall. Smaller plant, some half way through its maturing cycle.
-
Immature -- 1,148 polygons, 1,708 vertices -- 1.85m tall. Very small and young plant.
-
Sapling -- 194 polygons, 302 vertices -- 28.91cm tall. Recently sprouted, may not have any leaves.
-
Lower Poly -- 12,680 polygons, 19,369 vertices -- 8.03m tall. Fewer polys to save system resources. For mid or distant renders. Standard model included, remainder models upon request (no charge).
-
Higher Poly -- 37,538 polygons, 45,958 vertices -- 8.03m tall. More polys for greater detail. For close-up renders. Standard model included, remainder models upon request (no charge).
-
Quads -- 25,107 polygons, 36,919 vertices -- 8.03m tall. Quad polygons throughout (as opposed to mixed, which is much more efficient). Standard model included, remainder models upon request (no charge).
-
Triangles -- 32,897 polygons, 25,912 vertices -- 8.03m tall. Triangle polygons throughout (as opposed to mixed, which is much more efficient). Standard model included, remainder models upon request (no charge).
-
Uniform Mesh -- 14,824 polygons, 21,551 vertices -- 8.03m tall. Uniform meshing throughout (as opposed to adaptive). For easier editing. Standard model included, remainder models upon request (no charge).
Re-meshing and any reasonable modification available upon request. No charge to existing customers of the product.
The textures included are mainly 4k (4096x4096); additional texture sizes of medium 2k, small 1k, and tiny <1k textures can also be downloaded. Separated alpha maps can be download as well.
EVERYPlant has a mission ... which is to model every plant species in the world (plus some extinct, fantasy and sci-fi variations as well)! Okay, maybe not every plant! If you don't see it in our store, please get in contact; we have thousands of species on file awaiting upload.
