Description
Name: Utah Juniper LowPoly
Scientific: Juniperus osteosperma
This Variation: 3 of 4. This is a Low Poly model. A High Poly version is also available.
Notes: A shrub or small tree native to the southwestern United States where it grows at moderate altitudes of 1,300–2,600m, on dry soils, often together with Single-Leaf Pinyon Pine (Pinus monophylla). Native Americans used the bark for a variety of purposes, including beds, and ate the cones both fresh and in cakes. The gum was also make into a protective covering over wounds. Additionally, a tea made from the leaves was given to women to calm their contractions after giving birth. The plant is aromatic and parts of it can be used in a variety of applications.
Included in this Package: 16 models in total
-
Standard -- 7,669 polygons, 10,367 vertices -- 7.28m tall. Green, fully mature and in good health. Useable in most scenes.
-
Thriving -- 8,034 polygons, 10,935 vertices -- 7.28m tall. Peak health.
-
Unhealthy -- 6,217 polygons, 8,110 vertices -- 7.28m tall. Relatively poor state with foliage missing or diseased.
-
Dying -- 3,524 polygons, 4,137 vertices -- 7.24m tall. Just hanging onto life and showing only unhealthy and diseased foliage.
-
Dead -- 2,894 polygons, 3,277 vertices -- 7.24m tall. Showing only bare and broken branches and dead foliage.
-
Stump -- 644 polygons, 744 vertices -- 1.75m tall. A dead plant with its trunk broken and missing.
-
Uprooted -- 3,879 polygons, 5,371 vertices -- 4.55m tall. Dead plant fallen onto its side.
-
Ancient -- 10,111 polygons, 13,046 vertices -- 10.07m tall. Very old plant, larger and considerably gnarled.
-
Young -- 3,513 polygons, 4,975 vertices -- 5.16m tall. Smaller plant, some half way through its maturing cycle.
-
Immature -- 754 polygons, 1,166 vertices -- 2m tall. Very small and young plant.
-
Sapling -- 142 polygons, 230 vertices -- 31.1cm tall. Recently sprouted, may not have any leaves.
-
Lower Poly -- 4,979 polygons, 7,609 vertices -- 7.28m tall. Fewer polys to save system resources. For mid or distant renders. Standard model included, remainder models upon request (no charge).
-
Higher Poly -- 15,070 polygons, 18,424 vertices -- 7.28m tall. More polys for greater detail. For close-up renders. Standard model included, remainder models upon request (no charge).
-
Quads -- 10,581 polygons, 15,293 vertices -- 7.28m tall. Quad polygons throughout (as opposed to mixed, which is much more efficient). Standard model included, remainder models upon request (no charge).
-
Triangles -- 13,668 polygons, 10,535 vertices -- 7.28m tall. Triangle polygons throughout (as opposed to mixed, which is much more efficient). Standard model included, remainder models upon request (no charge).
-
Uniform Mesh -- 5,782 polygons, 8,405 vertices -- 7.28m tall. Uniform meshing throughout (as opposed to adaptive). For easier editing. Standard model included, remainder models upon request (no charge).
Re-meshing and any reasonable modification available upon request. No charge to existing customers of the product.
The textures included are mainly 4k (4096x4096); additional texture sizes of medium 2k, small 1k, and tiny <1k textures can also be downloaded. Separated alpha maps can be download as well.
EVERYPlant has a mission ... which is to model every plant species in the world (plus some extinct, fantasy and sci-fi variations as well)! Okay, maybe not every plant! If you don't see it in our store, please get in contact; we have thousands of species on file awaiting upload.
