Description
Name: Utah Juniper LowPoly
Scientific: Juniperus osteosperma
This Variation: 1 of 4. This is a Low Poly model. A High Poly version is also available.
Notes: A shrub or small tree native to the southwestern United States where it grows at moderate altitudes of 1,300–2,600m, on dry soils, often together with Single-Leaf Pinyon Pine (Pinus monophylla). Native Americans used the bark for a variety of purposes, including beds, and ate the cones both fresh and in cakes. The gum was also make into a protective covering over wounds. Additionally, a tea made from the leaves was given to women to calm their contractions after giving birth. The plant is aromatic and parts of it can be used in a variety of applications.
Included in this Package: 16 models in total
-
Standard -- 22,110 polygons, 31,017 vertices -- 7.3m tall. Green, fully mature and in good health. Useable in most scenes.
-
Thriving -- 24,218 polygons, 34,267 vertices -- 7.3m tall. Peak health.
-
Unhealthy -- 15,505 polygons, 21,148 vertices -- 7.3m tall. Relatively poor state with foliage missing or diseased.
-
Dying -- 8,939 polygons, 11,218 vertices -- 7.3m tall. Just hanging onto life and showing only unhealthy and diseased foliage.
-
Dead -- 6,412 polygons, 7,500 vertices -- 6.87m tall. Showing only bare and broken branches and dead foliage.
-
Stump -- 977 polygons, 1,145 vertices -- 2.41m tall. A dead plant with its trunk broken and missing.
-
Uprooted -- 10,429 polygons, 14,727 vertices -- 4.44m tall. Dead plant fallen onto its side.
-
Ancient -- 26,348 polygons, 35,570 vertices -- 9.47m tall. Very old plant, larger and considerably gnarled.
-
Young -- 15,676 polygons, 22,710 vertices -- 5.19m tall. Smaller plant, some half way through its maturing cycle.
-
Immature -- 1,957 polygons, 3,012 vertices -- 1.89m tall. Very small and young plant.
-
Sapling -- 171 polygons, 264 vertices -- 29.03cm tall. Recently sprouted, may not have any leaves.
-
Lower Poly -- 16,522 polygons, 25,291 vertices -- 7.3m tall. Fewer polys to save system resources. For mid or distant renders. Standard model included, remainder models upon request (no charge).
-
Higher Poly -- 35,190 polygons, 45,373 vertices -- 7.3m tall. More polys for greater detail. For close-up renders. Standard model included, remainder models upon request (no charge).
-
Quads -- 29,373 polygons, 44,657 vertices -- 7.3m tall. Quad polygons throughout (as opposed to mixed, which is much more efficient). Standard model included, remainder models upon request (no charge).
-
Triangles -- 38,977 polygons, 31,663 vertices -- 7.3m tall. Triangle polygons throughout (as opposed to mixed, which is much more efficient). Standard model included, remainder models upon request (no charge).
-
Uniform Mesh -- 18,864 polygons, 27,627 vertices -- 7.3m tall. Uniform meshing throughout (as opposed to adaptive). For easier editing. Standard model included, remainder models upon request (no charge).
Re-meshing and any reasonable modification available upon request. No charge to existing customers of the product.
The textures included are mainly 4k (4096x4096); additional texture sizes of medium 2k, small 1k, and tiny <1k textures can also be downloaded. Separated alpha maps can be download as well.
EVERYPlant has a mission ... which is to model every plant species in the world (plus some extinct, fantasy and sci-fi variations as well)! Okay, maybe not every plant! If you don't see it in our store, please get in contact; we have thousands of species on file awaiting upload.
