Description
Name: Stinging Bush LowPoly
Scientific: Dendrocnide moroides
This Variation: 4 of 4. This is a Low Poly model. A High Poly version is also available.
Notes: A plant in the nettle family Urticaceae found in rainforest areas of Malesia and Australia. It is notorious for its extremely painful sting which may leave victims suffering for weeks or even months. It is reputed to be the most venomous plant in Australia, if not the world. The species occurs in and near rainforest, from Cape York Peninsula south to northern New South Wales in Australia and also occurs in the Moluccas and Indonesia. It is an early coloniser in rainforest gaps, such as alongside water courses and roads, around tree falls, and in man-made clearings. The seeds germinate in full sunlight after soil disturbance.

-
Thriving -- 14,454 polygons, 18,301 vertices -- 4.34m tall. Peak health.
-
Unhealthy -- 10,821 polygons, 13,619 vertices -- 4.34m tall. Relatively poor state with foliage missing or diseased.
-
Dying -- 6,199 polygons, 7,651 vertices -- 4.24m tall. Just hanging onto life and showing only unhealthy and diseased foliage.
-
Dead -- 3,752 polygons, 4,509 vertices -- 4.24m tall. Showing only bare and broken branches and dead foliage.
-
Stump -- 386 polygons, 479 vertices -- 1.12m tall. A dead plant with its trunk broken and missing.
-
Uprooted -- 14,032 polygons, 20,180 vertices -- 2.68m tall. Dead plant fallen onto its side.
-
Ancient -- 16,109 polygons, 19,883 vertices -- 5.75m tall. Very old plant, larger and considerably gnarled.
-
Young -- 12,065 polygons, 15,391 vertices -- 3.15m tall. Smaller plant, some half way through its maturing cycle.
-
Immature -- 2,850 polygons, 3,820 vertices -- 96.49cm tall. Very small and young plant.
-
Sapling -- 598 polygons, 1,404 vertices -- 12.9cm tall. Recently sprouted, may not have any leaves.
-
Lower Poly -- 10,823 polygons, 14,065 vertices -- 4.34m tall. Fewer polys to save system resources. For mid or distant renders. Standard model included, remainder models upon request (no charge).
-
Higher Poly -- 21,121 polygons, 25,307 vertices -- 4.34m tall. More polys for greater detail. For close-up renders. Standard model included, remainder models upon request (no charge).
-
Quads -- 16,582 polygons, 24,295 vertices -- 4.34m tall. Quad polygons throughout (as opposed to mixed, which is much more efficient). Standard model included, remainder models upon request (no charge).
-
Triangles -- 22,887 polygons, 17,696 vertices -- 4.34m tall. Triangle polygons throughout (as opposed to mixed, which is much more efficient). Standard model included, remainder models upon request (no charge).
-
Uniform Mesh -- 17,808 polygons, 22,819 vertices -- 4.34m tall. Uniform meshing throughout (as opposed to adaptive). For easier editing. Standard model included, remainder models upon request (no charge).
Re-meshing and any reasonable modification available upon request. No charge to existing customers of the product.
The textures included are mainly 4k (4096x4096); additional texture sizes of medium 2k, small 1k, and tiny <1k textures can also be downloaded. Separated alpha maps can be download as well.
