Description
Name: Green Rabbitbrush
Scientific: Ericameria teretifolia
This Variation: 2 of 4. This is a High Poly model. A Low Poly version is also available.
Notes: A North American species of flowering plant in the family Asteraceae. It is native to southern and eastern California, southern Nevada, and northwestern Arizona in the southwestern United States. It is a shrub up to 150cm tall. Leaves are thread-shaped and terete (round in cross-section, very gradually tapering). One plant can produce many small yellow flower heads each with 5-7 disc florets but no ray florets. The plant grows in desert regions, in flat plains, rocky slopes, and canyon walls.
Included in this Package: 18 models in total
-
Standard -- 29,078 polygons, 36,355 vertices -- 1.62m tall. Green, fully mature and in good health. Useable in most scenes.
-
Flowering -- 29,009 polygons, 36,258 vertices -- 1.6m tall. Seasonal flowers have appeared.
-
Dry -- 29,042 polygons, 36,298 vertices -- 1.71m tall. The plant has seasonally dried out but is in otherwise good health.
-
Thriving -- 30,170 polygons, 37,851 vertices -- 1.62m tall. Peak health.
-
Unhealthy -- 25,604 polygons, 31,679 vertices -- 1.65m tall. Relatively poor state with much of its foliage missing or diseased.
-
Dying -- 18,536 polygons, 22,576 vertices -- 1.58m tall. Just hanging onto life and showing only unhealthy and diseased foliage.
-
Dead -- 16,869 polygons, 20,410 vertices -- 1.5m tall. Showing only bare and broken branches and dead foliage.
-
Stump -- 14,842 polygons, 17,910 vertices -- 90.32cm tall. A dead plant with its trunk broken.
-
Uprooted -- 17,855 polygons, 21,841 vertices -- 1.15m tall. Dead plant fallen onto its side.
-
Ancient -- 40,932 polygons, 50,181 vertices -- 2.05m tall. Very old plant, larger and considerably gnarled.
-
Young -- 15,279 polygons, 19,598 vertices -- 1.24m tall. Smaller, some half way through its maturing cycle.
-
Immature -- 3,311 polygons, 4,070 vertices -- 77.9cm tall. Very small and young.
-
Sapling -- 1,342 polygons, 1,637 vertices -- 15.83cm tall. Recently sprouted, may not have any leaves.
-
Lower Poly -- 6,797 polygons, 10,574 vertices -- 1.62m tall. Fewer polys to save system resources. For mid or distant renders. Standard model included, remainder models upon request (no charge).
-
Higher Poly -- 97,554 polygons, 118,194 vertices -- 1.62m tall. More polys for greater detail. For close-up renders. Standard model included, remainder models upon request (no charge).
-
Quads -- 35,073 polygons, 45,639 vertices -- 1.62m tall. Quad polygons throughout (as opposed to mixed, which is much more efficient). Standard model included, remainder models upon request (no charge).
-
Triangles -- 55,518 polygons, 36,912 vertices -- 1.62m tall. Triangle polygons throughout (as opposed to mixed, which is much more efficient). Standard model included, remainder models upon request (no charge).
-
Uniform Mesh -- 52,397 polygons, 58,783 vertices -- 1.62m tall. Uniform meshing throughout (as opposed to adaptive). For easier editing. Standard model included, remainder models upon request (no charge).
Re-meshing and any reasonable modification available upon request. No charge to existing customers of the product.
The textures included are mainly 4k (4096x4096); additional texture sizes of medium 2k, small 1k, and tiny <1k textures can also be downloaded. Separated alpha maps can be download as well.
EVERYPlant has a mission ... which is to model every plant species in the world (plus some extinct, fantasy and sci-fi variations as well)! Okay, maybe not every plant! If you don't see it in our store, please get in contact; we have thousands of species on file awaiting upload.
