My full conversion set for the Knight Porphyrion! This set includes a pair of tusks, a head replacement (fixed with proper scaling), and a top hatch replacement. The Pilot and the Hatch figures fit snugly without much work required, but I'd recommend using greenstuff to blend the tusks into the carapace. I printed my set on an Anycubic Photon in 3 sessions - one for the pilot and bulb, one for the hatch figure, and one for the pair of tusks. I'd recommend doing the same, but the pilot, bulb, and hatch figure could probably be printed together with careful angling.
