DESCRIPTION

A printable miniature model of the hypothetical concept spaceship called orion which would have been powered essentially by detonating nukes or hydrogen bombs behind it at some distance and having an ideally mirrored and thick armor plate called pusherplate behind it wit ha long suspension and dampening turning hte short pulsed pushes into a more continuous thrustthe idea sounds rather crazy and was cancelled for obvious reasons but as a hypothetical idea it's very interesting and would have been somewhat feasible - a small test vehicle powered by regular instead of nuclear explosives was built to show the feasibility of the pusherplate designthe model is full scale and 360 meters long but designed to be scaled down to print a miniature scale model
