DESCRIPTION

1/1800th scale Aigle Class Destroyer model. Certain elements not to scale.

The French Aigle class destroyers were a series of six destroyers built for the French Navy between the world wars. Five of the destroyers were sunk during WWII and the last one was scrapped after the war. One ship, the Milan, was sunk by shells from the USS Massachusetts off of Casablanca during the first US engagement where the 16 inch shells were used. The Aigle class carried five five and a half-inch guns and six torpedo tubes along with smaller caliber guns.

This is part of my collection of WWII warships, keep an eye out for more to come. If you have a specific request, message me and I'll bump it up my list.

Update 13 Aug 19: Added boats and anchor chains. Adjustments for better printability.

Tested with PLA at .1mm layer height with .4mm nozzle.
