The STL file was for a large model and i didn't want to print that large of a model so i scaled it down to about 50%. When i did this, some of the support material hooked onto the entrance doors. When i removed the support material, some of the door members became broken.
What scale to you recommend so this does not happen.
Just a side note, i sent a message to your support people asking if i needed to added supports to the model. They never responded.
