The FIM-92 Stinger is a Man-Portable Air-Defense System that operates as an infrared homing surface-to-air missile. Stinger provide high accuracy and enhanced air defence capabilities to the armed forces. The lethal surface-to-air missile can be deployed for defence against all classes of helicopters, unmanned aerial vehicles, cruise missiles, as well as low-level fixed and rotary-wing aircraft.
Highly detailed, low-poly, fully textures, model of FIM-92 Stinger with missile. 3d models has quads and triangles only geometry, ready for games. Total polycount is 7730 polygons (14116 trys total). 6385 poligons are quads, 1345 poligons are trys. Textures for Physically Based render. The Stinger and the missile use different textures and may be used independently. Animation is NOT INCLUDED. PBR textures have a roughness-metalness type for games engines, and can be displayed incorrectly by standard shaders of 3DSMax and Maya. Preview were PBR rendered by Marmoset, not included
Scene totals:
-missile (Parent) (800 polys (1448 trys)) --missile_forward_wing_01 --missile_forward_wing_02 --missile_forward_wing_03 --missile_forward_wing_04 --missile_rear_wing_01 --missile_rear_wing_02 --missile_rear_wing_03 --missile_rear_wing_04 --missile_gaslift
Each pack of textures is consist of PBR-ready albedo map, normal map, metallness map, roughness map and ambient occlusion map. In Stinger textures pack is opacity map also. -Stinger textures resolution is 4096*4096. -Missile textures resolution is 4096*2048.
Normal maps were baked in Maya and model have Maya tangent space. Recommended export to engine from Maya version.
Some previews were rendered by Max Skyline Render (without PBR) and other previews were rendered Marmoset 2, with PBR.
