The Single Trooper Aerial Platform (STAP) is an agile flying machine used by Confederacy of Independent Systems B1 Battle Droids during the Clone Wars era. STAPs were first used by the Trade Federation during the Pre-Clone Wars era and were painted brown. When the Trade Federation joined to Confederacy, STAPs were painted blue, white, and grey for the Confederacy. The Single Trooper Aerial Platforms made a comeback for the New Confederacy of Independent Systems during The Last of the Droids era, helping TF-1726 and the Mane 6 defeat the Galactic Empire.
