Description

PMN - antipersonnel mine. The name stands for push anti-personnel mine. A comic soldier's decoding of the name bring me legs, which characterizes the severity of typical wounds, as a result of an explosion on it.

It was developed in the USSR. It was adopted by the Soviet army in 1950. Currently, it is still in service with the army of the Russian Federation and many CIS countries.

The defeat of a person in a mine explosion is inflicted by the destruction of the lower part of the leg. The explosion is made at the moment of stepping on the pressure cover of the mine.
