The model you are seeing here is a 3d model of a Tomhwak or otherwise known as the Tactical AXE. This model is entirely made in Blender 2.8 software .The important details of the model is given below -

• 1- This model is a low poly model.
• 2- It has the poly count of 1518 and the vert. count is 1527.
• 3- It is a pbr textured model.
• 4- The model is texture painted with the blender 2.8 software.
• 5- All the texture map has 2k resolution .

The texture maps of the model is contained in the Maps.RAR file . To get the texture maps you need any zip extracting software(like winrar), with the help of the software you can get the maps.

If the textures are not showing in blender 2.8

• -- go to 'materials' in properties panel .
• -- delete the old meterial with the minus(-) button .
• -- create a new material .
• -- Plug all the textures to the principled BSDF
• -- to get the best look , you can adjust the normal strength in the Normal Map node.
