Awesome Asset. Nothing like this out there and fits perfectly to my game.
Additionally the seller is very reactive and supportive.
I don't have 3DS Max and the textures were > initially < missing in the FBX (tho available in the 3DS file).
After contacting the seller he immediately updated this package and sent them to me.
