This model was designed in Blender and then detailed in ZBrush. UVs were done in Blender and it uses only one texture set. The Substance Painter file is available and uses color ID to isolate various parts of the axe for easier texturing.
The textures were exported as an Unreal Engine packed set. It has an emissive map for the glow effect.
