It was developed on the basis of another rifle manufactured by McMillan Bros. - Tubb 2000.This rifle was specifically designed as a powerful, compact, low-noise, high-precision weapon for covert and camouflaged use by the army and law enforcement forces at close range, most often in urban environments.
