Why the bad topology? I had to save polys because I'm working on more stuff to customize weapons, I love customizing stuff xD Why some objects are named in spanish? Because I'm south american and I didn't have in mind to sell the model when I first started making it. But don't worry, groups are named in english :P Also, I'm new when it comes to exporting (and selling) so I don't know why I couldn't export 3ds Max Mental Ray materials and I'm more focused in modeling, that's why it doesn't have any textures.
It's my first model so be patient, I'm still learning :P Feel free to do with it whatever you like.
