It's a good model but there are simple things wrong with it that's could've made it perfect. This is purely for the creator to be aware of.
The entire model has no scale. I had to drop the model in to editing software to get it to a realistic size. The model is also facing negative X, which also causes issues. Yes, you can 180 the X and uniform scale the model in Unreal Engine, but this can in turn cause issues when spawning the models as components that already have transform modifications. It's much easier to have everything perfect at it's 0,0,0 transform.
I would hire this artist, but I feel like he would greatly benefit from some game engine knowledge to get his models from good, to perfect.
