Modern version of Armalite AR18 made by Brownells. With folding stock and mbus iron sights.

Model is rigged, but there is also version with all moving parts separated(for VR).
It have 4 main PBR materials in 4K + one for iron sights. There is also FDE color variant.

While I know it's a very small detail, your flip up sights need to be rotated in the reference images. They should fold down towards the user w/ the adjustment knobs being on the right side. :) Otherwise *amazing* work my friend!
