AWM SNIPER Accuracy International AWM (Arctic Warfare Magnum) is a British sniper rifle developed by Accuracy International for the Magnum rifle cartridge.

In 1996, the British company Accuracy International developed and began production of the Accuracy International AWM sniper rifle. Essentially, this is a rifle from the “Arctic Warfare” line, modified to chamber a more powerful Magnum cartridge, which made it possible to increase the firing range and accuracy. Structurally, it differs from the Accuracy International L96A1 / Arctic Warfare only in the firing and feeding mechanism (bolt, magazine), which were redesigned to work with the increased dimensions and operating pressure of Magnum cartridges.
