Its 7.62x39mm caliber ammunition provides formidable stopping power. One notable enhancement to the AKMS is the integration of the GP-25 grenade launcher. This underbarrel attachment adds versatility to the weapon, allowing operators to engage both infantry targets and fortified positions. The GP-25 is capable of launching a variety of grenades.
