7.62x51mm NATO Cartridge
7.62x51mm rimless bottlenecked Cartridge developed in 1950’s. Mostly replaced by the 5.56x54mm cartridge as primary standard Nato cartridge but still largely used by Battle Rifles, Machine Guns and Marksman Rifles due to better performance at long range engagements.
Cartridge dimensions modelled after real world data with avg. manufacturing tolerances in order to maintain compatibility between Weapon models of same Caliber and as reference for proper scaling of parts like Magazines, Barrels and Bolts.
