The 5-cm Pak 38 or 5-cm Panzerabwehrkanone 38 was a 50 mm anti-tank gun used during World War II by the Wehrmacht. Developed by Rheinmetall-Borsig AG in 1938, it was to replace from 1941 the 3.7-cm Pak 36.
