This set consists of two scratch-made models that fit the same setting. In this scene, I’ve incorporated a little more visual storytelling. The idea is that the knight decided to leave his gear behind in the middle of the battlefield to escape the horrors of war.
The crusader helmet is actually one of my latest projects so I feel exceptionally thrilled with how it turned out to look in this set. The battle damage and the textures overall look very dramatic and that’s exactly what I was going for.
It was a lot of fun making these pieces because in designing them I used both historical and fantasy references which helped me create a both unique and grounded version of medieval equipment.
As in all of the other scenes presented, all of the models are low poly and can be (or rather are intended to be) used in video game engines with no problems.
