Dear Sir / Madam, on September 27, 2021, I purchased the model model. We tried to print the file version of the EZR-but we could not print it because in the STL file was in separate pain. I wanted to ask if you can please send me the file version of the 3D model with all the merger into one body and export it like one closed network? Also, please make sure there are no stones.
