Files are all scattered and imports don't work by default. The artist provides 10+ .rar files that in turn each of them have several .rar files inside. Some .rar files contain .fbx files, and others contain the images to build the pbr materials from, all in different folders with no particular order. This is results in having to take a really really long time to set this up.
