This package contains a high quality 3d model that can be used for interior renders. Imperfections are included in the geometry. Component are separated the same way they are separated in real life. Materials can be easily applied. Textures and models are not included. However, the model is twinmotion ready, unpack the zip file and place in your twinmotion user library.
