Concert Hall - Environment Low-poly 3D model

Concert Hall Environment to be used in VR, visualizations & games
Contains the scene and various decorative meshes.
Includes both open and closed seat meshes. The total amount of seats is almost 2000.
Comes also with various props to spice up the scene. PBR textures come included with assets, not assigned to the scene due to file format limitations.

さっそくBlender（最新版）で使用しようと思ったのですが、同梱されていた ConcertHall.fbx がうまく読み込めず、インポート画面にも表示されませんでした。
お忙しいところ恐れ入りますが、もし可能であれば、Blenderで読み込める形式のFBXファイルを再送いただくことは可能でしょうか？
素晴らしいモデルをぜひ活かして使わせていただけたら嬉しいです。
