!!! After several complaints, the model (and .FBX and .obj files) were corrected. Now everything works.
This 3d model of the Collection Christmas Gifts. The Collection Christmas Gifts is a high quality 3d model to add more details and realism to your rendering projects. Model is fully textured with all materials applied. Made in 3dsmax 2014 and rendered in Vray. One gift has about 30 000 polygons and 15 000 vertices. The whole scene, along with Christmas balls has 413 960 polygons and 208 147 vertices.
Moreover, the product includes FBX and OBJ versions of model, which ensures compatibility with other software.

FBX and OBJ are unusable like previously stated. Do not purchase unless you are using Max, but I can't guarantee that even that is good.

OBJ and FBX are unusable. The models have baked rotations so you will have to straighten them yourself before using. FBX is triangulated so subdivisions don't work. OBJ isn't triangulated, but has Ngons everywhere and is extremely messy.
