This is a model originally made for gta5 mlo development, it already contains a rendered material version of the textures, if you are also a module author for gta you can easily apply it to your scene.

It also provides a version of the textures for the game engine, if you want to use the engine version of the textures you can just change the flag on the textures and apply the flag you want.
