They are separete models so they can be used individually or all together at once. This office pack is okay to use commercially in a video game or 3D video project. It was made in Blender and has been exported into both obj and fbx files. These have been tested using Unreal Engine 4 and are ready to be used in a video game. No credit is necessary.
