Creator made the correct file after my request. I was able to use it in ArchiCAD with some cajoling. Thanks
There are issues with converting the model. Thanks for the attached OBJ file.
The OBJ file contains the geometry information, while the corresponding MTL file describes the material properties and textures.
I open the "Westwing Sissi Chair OBJ.obj" file with a text editor to see if any MTL file is referenced.
In Row 4, it specifies the name of the MTL file.
It is good, it is the same as the name of the MTL file in the directory: "Westwing Sissi Chair OBJ.mtl"
I open the MTL file with a text editor and I look for the reference for the texture images.
Those are the two jpg files in the "maps" folder: "Westwing Sissi Chair_Fabric.jpg" and "Westwing Sissi Chair_Wood.jpg"
Unfortunately, I don't see any reference for these texture files in the MTL file.
If there's no reference, ModelPort won't search for the image textures or apply them to the object.
I paste a screenshot as a sample for the image referencing.
It is the MTL file of a mobile phone object.

In Row 12, you can see that a JPG file is referenced.
The "map_Kd" command specifies the path to the DIFFUSE texture map.
There can be other texture maps, like specular, alpha, bump, displacement, etc.
For ModelPort to display the diffuse texture, the MTL file must include a map_Kd reference.
